I found Paws-Abilities during a frantic internet search. My two year old German Shepard mix had destroyed not only my brother's living room but the back yard as well. I called numerous training facilities and was told to "exercise my dog more". This was a frustrating response to me at the time because my dog was being run 6 miles a day and I strongly felt exercise was not addressing the root of my dog’s behavior. It was not until I contacted trainer Dana Babb that I got an answer I felt comfortable with. Dana told me my dog needed a job and to bring her in for an assessment.

I joined the basic obedience class and within my first session my entire family noticed a noticeable improvement in my dog’s behavior. As I progressed through the classes, my confidence increased in my ability to address my dog’s behavior and my dog’s confidence and trust in my also increased. I fully attribute my dog’s success to Dana. I started with a dog that I was completely unable to control and now am progressing with competition…and placing!

When I made the decision to adopt my second dog, there was no question that I would be returning to Paws-ability. I currently gladly commute over an hour every week for class. There is no other facility that I would ever trust with the care and handling of my pets.
